Pricing, limits, and confirmation

Prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated as required by law and shown through checkout. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; an order becomes accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched. Cirkul records and handles the related request under this published policy.

We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, stock error, pricing error, legal restriction, or an incorrect address. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be returned to the original payment method. Across the Cirkul catalogue, this requirement remains consistent for eligible orders.

Copyright and site materials

Storefront text, graphics, layout, software, and original media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws or used under permission. Personal, non-commercial browsing is permitted; copying, selling, republishing, or exploiting site content without authorisation is not. Account standards

A user must be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law and must provide accurate, current information. Cancellation, delivery, and refunds

US delivery is free with no minimum purchase. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and carrier transit normally takes 4–6 business days. Cancellations are available before dispatch; after dispatch, the Refund Policy applies. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery. Cirkul applies this principle at the relevant stage of the online purchase journey.

Legal framework

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version. The laws applicable at the merchant address govern, without displacing non-waivable rights in a customer’s jurisdiction. Cirkul aims to present products accurately, but screen settings can affect colour and appearance. Measurements, features, packaging, and availability may change, and obvious errors may be corrected. Nothing in this section removes rights that applicable consumer law provides.

The customer authorises the selected provider to charge the amount displayed at checkout and confirms authority to use the payment method and billing information supplied.
